Registration
9.00am to 9.30am team Coaches in the tent at the designated age group pitch.
Registration forms to be completed (these can be completed and sent in advance) and WRU/RFU registration cards will be checked on the day.
First Aid
An area is set aside for First Aid; an emergency plan will be in place for the day. First Aid equipment and ice will be available. Each team should bring a registered First Aider.
Referees
9.30am to 9.40am Referees meeting will be held at the front of the clubhouse.
Each team should provide a WRU/RFU qualified and registered referee. Cards must be shown at the Referees meeting.
Rules
The Tournament will follow WRU Rugby Pathway Rules for each Age group.

Presentation of trophies
Will be held as promptly as possible after the finals. There will be silver medals for all players and gold medals and trophies for winners of each age group. Maximum of 15 medals per team.
Lunch
Free meal tickets will be given to all players
Refreshments
A variety of reasonably priced refreshments will be available all day around the venue.
Toilets
Toilets are available in the clubhouse as well as around the venue.
Directions
By Rail – Llantwit Major station - 100 yards from the club.
By Road – Take the A48 to Pentre Meyrick nr Cowbridge and then follow the B4268 to Llantwit Major. Continue to follow the Llantwit Major Road (which turns into the B4270) until you reach a roundabout. Turn left at the roundabout onto the B4265, go straight over the mini roundabout. At the first set of traffic lights turn right onto Llanmaes Road. Follow the road until the railway bridge to the mini roundabout. Take the first exit left onto Le Pouliguen Way. Follow this road to the mini roundabout – the rugby club is now directly in front of you. Parking will be signposted.

Admission is by programme £2 for adults all children free – this includes a raffle ticket.
